How to build muscle fast with dumbbells

I have dropped a decent measure of weight before however tumbled off the wagon so here we go once more. I feel as about as inspired as I have in quite a while. Young lady stuff. That old thing. However, I am doing this for me.

It has been a long-lasting since I have liked myself and I am trusting this will offer assistance. I as of late moved and left my home exercise center behind. Today I joined at a rec center. Simply did a little time on the bicycle as it was my first day and I needed to look at it. I will probably do some cardio 4 or 5 days a week and begin back with Starting Strength. 

To the extent diet I am going to shoot for 170+g of protein and ~2000 calories, however I will presumably come well under that for a little time. Have no hunger however I am certain that will change once I am more profound in my cut. I am trusting some individuals will check in once in a while just to keep me responsible. I will measure myself most days since I like the additional information. I will prob attempt and hop in an October comp also. Plan to get notification from some peeps, could utilize some bolster at this moment
