How to build muscle fast for men

Going to begin logging my work on here the same number of others have propelled me with their stories and I trust I am ready to do likewise.

Foundation:

24 years old, played numerous games about all my life amid school, school and college until that all ceased and I put on a lot of weight rapidly. I had never truly needed to control my eating routine as I would blaze everything off day by day. I went from 170lbs fit as a fiddle to around 270lbs living off takeaway pizza's big to the point that i'd be warming them up for breakfast. 

I had no vitality or inspiration to do anything amid the daytime and it was a horrendous approach to carry on with my life and another experience for me to be so enormous. Around 14 months before today I tried to make a move and i'm down to 192.4lbs on account of diligent work and little instruments like Maladroitness. Presently i'm more instructed on the subject and experienced in putting on and getting more fit i'm prepared to invest the enormous exertion expected to achieve my objective.
